The day started well with a good team to challenge our hosts. The Mitcham Golf Club grounds men had done their job and the course was in very good shape. The greens in particular were stunning and it took us a while to adjust to their smooth, flat, bump free finish. As the day went on the weather got better and it would appear, so did the golf. (I am excluding myself from that comment). The Mitcham teams were good but we held our own and the day ended in a draw.
