With lots of speculation our friends from Lingfield Park arrived to play the first of two matches with us. Lingfield are the only mixed team we play so everyone was on their best behaviour! Unfortunately they could only field 10 men. As we had 14 players, our best two were sacrificed to play as Lingfield members.
Another great day for golfing. Starting cloudy but getting hotter as the day went by and so did Coulsdon Vets.
It was a very close game with scores of 2&1, however we won by 1 and were victorious on the day by 5 1/2 to 4 1/2.
