It was a cold start to our annual match for the Lightbody Trophy with the Coulsdon Ladies. 4 teams, 2 ladies and 2 gents, set off under cloudy conditions to win the wine, and of course the silver salver. By the 9th hole it was warming up, and so was the golf! And after some challenging shots from the undergrowth we all returned for a well earned lunch and the results.
First prise went to Sue Pierce who was partnered by Simon Edwards.
Second prise went to Laine Talamo who was partnered by Bruce Blackhall and third prise went to Sheila Boniface partnered by Neil Hadrill.
A great fun day for all of us.
