With 8 teams descending on Shirley Park it really felt like it was going to be a great day. The usual welcome with coffee, a bacon roll and introductions, and it was off to a two tee start so that we could all get round and back in time for lunch.
The weather was good to us and we all had a great day. With the meal over the results were in. It was a 6 1/2 to 1 1/2 loss. Never mind lads, better luck next time!
