For a change the weather was favourable and the team were hankering for a win and up for the challenge. Our Captain, ably assisted by Naranjan led us out in true style, and returned to the club house with a 2&1 win under their belts! Was this to be the start of greater things? No it was not! As each team returned it soon became apparent that no more wins would be recorded this time round.
The company was great and the food was good. North Downs were supper hosts and we look forward to the return match in two weeks time when we can try again.
